The fine print
These exist so every client gets the full time they paid for.
Start times are generated from the real length of your service plus a short turnaround between clients. If a time is not on the calendar, it is because your style would not finish before closing.
A non-refundable deposit reserves your slot and is credited toward your total. Deposits are processed by Square; your card details never touch this website. If the deposit is not received, the slot is released back to the calendar automatically.
A deposit transfers once to a reschedule requested at least 48 hours ahead. After that, a new deposit is due.
There is a fifteen-minute grace period. Beyond that, the appointment may be forfeited so the rest of the day stays on schedule — the studio will always try to reach you first.
Please come alone where possible. The studio is a small space and extra guests make the day harder for everyone.
Arrive washed, blown out and fully detangled unless your service includes a wash. Matted or undetangled hair adds time that the schedule cannot absorb, and may need to be rebooked. If your style needs extensions, the studio will confirm the type and amount when you book.
Wednesdays are held back from open booking and one client is taken per Wednesday. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and charges nothing — if the studio can take you, you will receive a text and an email with a link to confirm and pay your deposit. If the spot is already taken for that date, the calendar will show it as unavailable.
The studio reserves the right to decline online booking for repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations or disrespectful behaviour. If online booking is unavailable to you and you believe that is a mistake, please message the studio.
Your name, email, phone and appointment notes are stored only to run your appointment and send confirmations and reminders. Card data is held by Square, never by the studio. Text messages are opt-in and you can reply STOP at any time.
